  • 1/4 C. olive oil
  • 1 to 2 tsp. Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp coarsely ground pepper
  • 1 pound part-skim mozz cheese, cut into 1/2inch cubes

Step 1

In a bowl, combine the oil, vinegar, garlic, basil and pepper. Add cheese, toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour.
