Peanut Butter Blossoms

Blend dry ingredients together gradually
- Cream:
- 1/2 cup butter flavor crisco
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- Add to cream:
- 1 egg
- 2 Tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Sift:
- 1 3/4 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Bag hershey kisses
Marinara Sauce

Mix well/blend. Can use blender to chop up tomatoes well
- 1 12oz can hunts tomato paste
- 3 cups hot water
- 2 14.5oz can Hunts diced tomatos with basil, garlic and oregano. Mix well/blend.
Homemade Spaghetti Sauce

Boil sausage, cut into bite size pieces and bake in 400 degree oven for 5 min, or until brown
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley
- 2 teaspoon sugar
- 2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 1/2 salt
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 teaspoons ital seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 lb mild/sweet ital sausage
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 large cans hunts tomato sauce
- 2 large cans hunts puree
- 2 cans hunts special
- 1 small can hunts tomato paste

Southwestern Chicken & Corn Dinner

Preheat grill or oven to 450 degrees
- 1 large reynolds hot bag foil bag
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 9 bone in, skinless chicken pieces
- 4 teaspoons Mexican seasoning blend, divided
- 3 ears fresh corn on the cob, cut into pieces
- 1 medium green bell pepper, cubed
- 1 medium red bell pepper, cubed
- 1 medium onion, cut into eighths
No Fuss Pot Roast

Preheat oven/grill to 450
- 1 large reynolds hot bag
- 3 to 3 1/2 pound boneless beef chuck roast
- 2 cups peeled baby carrots
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 cup spicy vegetable juice
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
- 3 Tablespoons flour
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Creamy Gorgonzola Penne and Mushroom

Cook pasta as directed. Cook and stir mushrooms, onion, and garlic in olive oil in skillet until tender
- 1 lb penne pasta, uncooked
- 2 cups sliced button mushrooms
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoon olive oil
- 2 cups (1 pint) whipping cream
- 1/2 cup athenos crumbled gorgonzola cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded parm cheese
- 2 Tablespoons sherry
Oreo Cookie Freakout

Take the 25 oreo cookies, crush them (save a few)
- 25 oreo cookies
- 1/2 Gallon vanilla ice cream, softened
- 1 container of fudge frosting
- 8 oz container cool whip
Linguine With Halibut & Tomato

Toss fish with 2 Tablespoons of olive oil and basil
- 1 lb white fillet (halibut or cod) cut into 1/4 strips
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup basil, finely chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, 1 crushed, 3 minced
- 1/2 cup fine leaf chives, finely chopped
- 1 lb vine ripened tomatoes, peeled, seeded, and chopped
- 1 cup dry white wine sauce
- salt and pepper
- 1 lb linguine cooked
