- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons plain breadcrumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon Herbs de Provence
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Honey-Ginger Bites

1. In a small saucepan, combine honey and butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 cups flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 Tbsp. crystallized ginger
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. ground white pepper
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Oreo Truffles

- 18 oz. oreos, finely crushed
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 lb. white baking chocolate, melted
Marinated Asparagus

- 1 bunch asparagus
- 1/2 tsp. tarragon
- black pepper
- 1/2 t. garlic salt
- 1 pkg. Italian dressing
- 1/4 tarragon vinegar
Oven Baked Creamy Polenta

Preheat oven to 425. In a lidded baking dish whisk together water, cornmeal, salt and pepper
- 3 cups water
- 3/4 cup cornmeal
- 1 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 T. butter
- 1/4 tsp. marjoram
Crunchy Poppyseed Chicken Salad

- 4 c. broccoli slaw
- 2 large red peppers, julienned
- 4 medium carrots, shredded
- 8 oz. pineapple tidbits
- 6 oz. chicken breast
- 1/2 c. poppy seed dressing

Ginger Cookies

- 1-1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

- 1-1/2 cups shortening
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup molasses
- 3/4 cup sugar
Brooklyn Ricota Roll

- 2 kaiser rolls
- 2/3 c. mozzarella, shredded
- 2/3 c. ricotta
