- 1 pound boneless chicken breasts< cutin to 1/4 inch strips
- 1 small onion 2/3 cup

- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 tsp flour
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 2 cups low salt chicken broth
- 1 bunch broccoli (1 1/2 pounds)trinned into florets about 6 cups
- 1/2 pound penne, cavatappi, or campanelle
- 2 oz or 1 cup asiago or parmesian
- 1 jar oil packed sun dried tomatoes 7 to 8 1/2 ounces rinsed patted dry and cut into 1/4 inch strips

- 4 tablespoons chopped walnuts taosted (heat in 350 degree oven 8-10 min til fragrant and then cool)
- 3/4 cup bread cubes (I use italian type or Panerra fresh bread, cut into 1/2 inch slices and then cubes and then baked in a 350 oven until toasted)
- 2 ripe plum tomatoes chopped
- 2 TBL chopped fresh basil
- 2 TBL blasamic vinegar
- 2 center cut salmon fillets each weighing 8-9 ounces

- 1 pound sweet Italian sausage
- 2 dried hot chili peppers (usually found in the spice aisle)
- 1 28 ounce can Italian plum tomatoes (prefer Muir Glen) drained and sliced
- 3-4 roasted rep peppers (I buy them already roasted in a jar) sliced in strips
- 1 cup minced Italian parsley
- 2 large garlic cloves
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 3/4 pounds spaghetti (I prefer De Cecco)
- 3 tablespoons fresh parsley to sprinkle on at end
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan plus some for passing (I prefer Parmesan Reggiano)
