General Tsao's Chicken

1. Mix sauce’s ingredients and stir until sugar dissolves
- Ingredients:
- 3 lbs deboned dark chicken meat, cut into large chunks
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tsp white pepper
- 1 egg
- 1 cup cornstarch
- Vegetable oil for deep frying
- 2 cups sliced green onions
- 16 small dried hot peppers
- Sauce :
- 1/2 cup cornstarch, blended with 1/4 cup water
- 1 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 1/2 tsp minced ginger root
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 1/4 cup cooking wine
- 1 1/2 cup hot chicken broth
- 1 tsp MSG. (optional)
Maytag Blue Mac and Cheese

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F
- 3 tb Plus 1 teaspoon butter 1 ds Crystal Hot Sauce
- 3 tb Flour Salt
- 3 c Milk 1 lb Small shells; cooked until

- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce

- Thickener:
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 1 tablespoon water
- 1 pound fresh broccoli
- 2 garlic cloves
- To Cook Broccoli:
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar, or to taste
- Other:
- 1 1/4 cups oil, or as needed
Baked Chicken Meatballs

Preheat oven to 400°F with a rack in the upper third of the oven
- Serves 4, or more as appetizers or sliders
- 3 slices Italian bread, torn into small bits (1 cup)
- 1/3 cup milk
- 3 ounces sliced pancetta, finely chopped (you can swap in Canadian Bacon if you can’t find pancetta)
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 small garlic clove, minced
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, divided
- 1 large egg
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste, divided*
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped flat-leaf parsley
