Place all ingredients on tortilla, in the order listed
- 1 12" flour tortilla
- 2 premium all-beef hot dogs, steamed
- 2 slices American cheese
- 1/3 cup chili
- 3 slices crispy bacon
- 2 tablespoons diced onions

Melt butter, brown sugar and 3 tablespoon hot sauce in oven on 250 degrees
- 1 bottle red hot sauce
- 5 lb. chicken wings
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

- for the baked Shepard Eggs in a nest, you will need
- a standard muffin tin(s)
- large eggs (1 egg per muffin cup—according to the number of guests you are serving)
- croissants, bagels, or your other favorite bread

- to make the Dijon Cream Sauce
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 & 1/4 cup half & half
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
