- 1/2 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon zest (optional, if you have it use it)
- 1 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 2 cloves garlic minced (2 teaspoons)
- 1-28 ounce can whole peeled tomatoes
