  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
  • Note: make your own pie crust; cutting back on sugar or using sugar substitute. Also use reduced fat cream cheese as well as sugar-free pudding.
