Lasagna

In large pan, lightly brown beef and onion in oil
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 3/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 can (1 lb.) tomatoes
- 2 cans (6 oz.) tomato paste
- 2 cups water
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
- 8 oz. lasagna (approx. 12-14 noodles)
- 1 lb. ricotta cheese
- 8 oz. mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
Marinated Grilled Chuck Steak

Blend all ingredients. Add meat and marinate in refrigerator for three hours or overnight
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup salad oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1 clove minced garlic or 1/2 tsp garlic powder

- 1 can (31 oz.) pork and beans with tomato sauce
- 1-1/2 cups chopped celery
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. dried crushed oregano
- 3 cups water
