- 2 tbsp high-protein powder
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1 cup chopped dates
Nanaimo Bars

- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 cup corn syrup
- 6 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp vanilla

- 1/3 cup canned milk (evaporated)
