Banana Cookies

Stir flour, sugar, baking powder, soda & salt into bowl
- 2 1/4 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. soda
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 2/3 cup shortening
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup mashed bananas (2-3)
Finger Jello

Mix dry ingredients- jello and gelatin Add boiling water and lemon juice
- 9 oz. any flavor jello
- 4 envelopes Knox unflavored gelatin
- 3 cups boiling water
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
Italian Pizzelle Cookies

Preheat pizzelle griddle. Beat eggs, add sugar gradually and beat well
- 1 dozen eggs (room temp)
- 1 pound butter (room temp)
- 3 cups sugar
- 2 tbsp. baking powder
- 1 SMALL bottle anise extract (1 fl. oz.)
- 8 cups flour
Nacho Spread

Spread cheese spread on large pizza pan, top with mixture
- 1 can cheese spread
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1 envelope taco seasoning
- 1 small jar Hellman's mayo
White Chocolate Chex Mix

Melt chocolate wafers in double boiler
- - 12 oz. box each:
- 3 - 1 lb. or more white chocolate wafers
- 2 - 16 oz. bags of M & M's
- 2 bags pretzels -sticks or small twists
- 20 oz. salted peanuts
- Corn Chex
- Wheat Chex
- Rice Chex
