- 1 small box flavored jello
- 1 cup boiling water
- Mix together
- 1/2 cup-(rum, vodka, whiskey-hard liquors)
- or
- 3/4 cup flavored liquors
Chocolate Chip Cookies

Combine flour, soda and salt
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 cup butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 12 oz. package chocolate chips
Strawberry Pretzel Salad Dip

Use mixer to beat cream cheese, sugar, and salt until smooth
- 8-oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 1- 8 oz. tub Cool Whip
- 3/4 cup strawberry pie filling
- Pretzels for serving
Broccoli Cauliflower Salad

Cut up broccoli and cauliflower into small pieces
- Dressing:
- 1 bunch broccoli
- 1 bunch cauliflower
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 lb. bacon
- 1 finely chopped onion (if desired)
- 1 cup Miracle Whip
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tbs. vinegar
- (double this for enough dressing)
Whoopie Pie Cake

CAKE 1. Preheat oven to 350 2
- Cake:
- 1 box chocolate cake mix (prepared per directions) + 1 extra egg
- cocoa powder for coating the pan
- Filling:
- 1 cup butter, room temperate
- 2 cups Marshmallow fluff
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- Ganache:
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Sugar Cookie Icing (Best!)

In bowl combine powdered sugar and 1/4 cup milk
- 6 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4-1/2 cup whole milk
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup
- 2 tsp almond extract
- gel food coloring to color
Venison Steak Casserole

Cut steak into serving pieces Pound in mixture of 1/4 cup flour, 1/2 tsp
- 2 lbs. round venison steak- 1inch thick
- 6 tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/8 tsp. oregano
- 1 clove garlic-crushed
- 3 tbsp. shortening
- 6 medium potatoes-sliced
- 2 medium onions-sliced
- 2 carrots-sliced
- 1 green pepper
- 3 cups beef bouillon

Brown meat Mix liquid mixture, pour over meat and simmer
- Combine:
- 2 lb ground beef
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2/3 cup water
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 tab. finely chopped onion
- 2/3 cup finely chopped celery
- 3 tab. mustard
Peanut Butter Cookies

Chill dough, let set 1 hour
- 1/2 cup soft shortening
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Sparkling Grapefruit Sangria

Mix well. Refrigerate & serve
- 1 - 750 ml. bottle Riesling white wine
- 1 - 750 ml. bottle prosecco (dry champagne)
- 1 cup grapefruit juice
- 1/2 cup simple sugar ( equal parts sugar & water)
- 1/2 cup club soda
- 1 1/2 cup sliced strawberries ( peaches)
- 1 grapefruit cut into slices if (desired)
