COOK NOODLES AS DIRECTED. TOSS WITH 1 TBSP OF SESAME OIL AND SET ASIDE
- 8 OZ THAI NOODLES
- 2 TBSP SESAME OIL
- 2 EGGS
- 1 DICED CHICKEN BREAST
- 1/4 CUP SHALLOTS
- 3/4 CUP PAD THAI SAUCE (1/8 CUP EACH FISH OIL, RICE VINEGAR, SOY SAUCE, BROWN SUGAR, LIME JUICE AND SRIRACHA)
- 1 CUP BEAN SPROUTS
- 1/2 CUP CRUSHED PEANUTS
- 1/4 CUP GREEN ONIONS
BISCUITS AND GRAVY CASSEROLE

- 2 CANS OF BISCUITS
- 1 POUND GROUND SAUSAGE
- 4 TBL FLOUR
- 1/2 TSP SALT
- 1/2 TSP PEPPER

- 3 CUPS MILK
- 2 TBL MELTED BUTTER
GOLDEN BUTTERNUT SQUASH SOUP

- 2 CUPS CUBED PEELED BUTTERNUT SQUASH

- 1 MEDIUM SWEET RED OR YELLOW PEPPER CHOPPED
- 1 MEDIUM APPLE CHOPPED
- 1 SMALL ONION CHOPPED
- 2 CUPS WATER
- 2 TSP VEGETABLE BASE
- 1/2 TSP OF SALT AND DRIED OREGANO
- 1/4 TSP GROUND NUTMEG AND PEPPER
- 1 1/2 CUPS ALMOND MILK

- 2/3 OF A PACKET OF RANCH DRESSING MIX
- 1/2 CUP SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE
- 1 CUP BACON BITS DIVIDED
Easy Beef Stroganoff

- 1/2 Lb. Hamberger
- 3 Cans Cream Mushroom Soup
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 1 Onion
