This fudge is made from ingredients you can keep in your pantry
- 1 cup butter, plus more for greasing pan
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 c. powdered sugar
- 1/3 c. Nutella
Peanut Butter Marbled Brownies

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- non-stick baking spray
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 2 cups white sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 (14oz.) cans artichoke hearts
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup Marsala wine
- 2 tablespoons butter

Melt butter in large, heavy-bottomed Dutch oven over medium-low heat; when foaming subsides, add shallots and saute...
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 6 large shallots , minced (about 3/4 cup)
- 2 small cloves garlic , minced (about 1 1/2 teaspoons)
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg , freshly grated
- 2 pounds white button mushrooms , wiped clean and sliced 1/4 inch thick
- 3 1/2 cups chicken stock or canned low-sodium chicken broth
- 3 cups hot water
- 1/2 ounce dried porcini mushrooms , rinsed well
- 1/3 cup dry sherry or Madeira
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice from 1 lemon
Grilled Watermelon Salad

Stand the watermelon half cut side down on a cutting board and slice away the rind, leaving a solid block of melon
- 1/2 of a 5# seedless watermelon
- 1/4 c. aged balsamic vinegar

- 2 c. baby arugula, washed and dried

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- For the streusel:
- 12 tablespoons (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter at room temperature
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 3 extra-large eggs at room temperature
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cups sour cream
- 2 1/2 cups cake flour (not self-rising)
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 1/2 cups blueberries tossed in 2 T. cake flour (just enough to coat the berries)
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 6 tablespoons cold unsalted butter, cut into pieces
- 3/4 cup chopped walnuts, optional

The Perfect Steak Sandwich

- ONIONS:
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 Vidalia (or other sweet) onions, sliced 1/3-inch thick

- 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt

Chicken Club Panini

Mix together garlic flavored oil and Italian seasoning
- 4 thin sliced chicken cutlets
- 3 T. garlic flavored oil
- 1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
- kosher salt and pepper
- 1/2 c. light mayo
- 1 c. arugula
- 8 slices sourdough bread
- 8 slices thick cut bacon, cooked
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 4 slices sharp cheddar
- 1/2 c. Major Grey's chutney
- EVOO, margarine or butter for grilling

Instant Chocolate Mousse

- 3 cups mini marshmallows
- 1/2 stick unsalted butter, softened
- 9 ounces best quality semisweet chocolate, chopped into small pieces
- 1/4 cup very hot water
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 2 pounds (12 to 15 per pound) shrimp in the shell
- 3 tablespoons good olive oil
- 2 tablespoons dry white wine
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

- 4 teaspoons minced garlic (4 cloves)
- 1/4 cup minced shallots
