- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1 box Pillsbury™ refrigerated pie crusts, softened as directed on box
- 4 medium Granny Smith apples (about 1 3/4 lb), peeled, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 2 large Jonagold apples (about 1 1/4 lb), peeled, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Olive Garden Pasta e Fagioli

In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta according to package instructions; drain well and set aside
- 1 cup ditalini pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
- 1 pound spicy Italian sausage, casing removed
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 carrots, peeled and diced
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 (16-ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 (15-ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 3/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 (15-ounce) can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (15-ounce) can Great Northern beans, drained and rinsed
Gluten-Free Pumpkin Pie Frosty

- 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 3/4 cup vanilla almond milk (or vanilla soy milk)
- few shakes of pumpkin pie spice
- 4-5 ice cubes

- 8 oz cream cheese, room temp
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese, divided
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
- 4 teaspoons plus 4 Tablespoons chopped fresh chives, divided
- 1/4 teaspoon coarse kosher salt
- large pinch cayenne pepper
- 6 oz fresh lump crab meat, picked over, patted dry, coarsely shredded
- 1-1/2 cups panko (Japanese breadcrumbs)
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- fresh chives, cut into pieces

Microwave Peanut Brittle

My family loves peanut brittle and I make it often
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- Dash of salt
- 1 to 1 1/2 cups shelled raw peanuts (Could use regular peanuts or pecans, too)
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Nutter Butter S'mores Magic Cookie Bars

- 15 Nutter Butter Cookies (1 1/2 cups), crushed
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 cup miniature marshmallows
- 1 cup Hershey Milk Chocolate bars, broken into pieces
- 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- 10 Nutter Butters, crumbled
- 14.5 oz can sweetened condensed milk
Cherry Fruit Salad - Can't Stay Out of the Kitchen

- 29-oz. can fruit cocktail, reserve juice
- 1 lg. can pineapple chunks, drained
- 16-oz. jar maraschino cherries, drained and halved
- 2-3 cups KraftJet-Puffed miniature marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chopped Diamond walnuts or pecans
- 4-5 tbsp. reserved fruit cocktail juice
- McCormick red food coloring
- 8-oz. pkg. Philadelphiacream cheese, softened
- 16-oz. container whipped topping
- 3 heaping tbsp. powdered sugar
Bacon-cheeseburger queso dip

In lg skillet over med-high heat, brown beef or ground turkey until browned, drain the beef
- 1 lb lean ground beef, i used ground turkey breast and it was just as good
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 lb light velveeta cheese, cubed
- 4 oz reduced-fat cream cheese, softened and cubed
- 1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes, w/ chiles, drained
- 1 lb bacon cooked and crumbled, i used center cut bacon
- 1/2 milk, you may need more
- 1 c shredded mexican-style cheese
