Simple Cucumber and Onion Salad

Peel cucumbers and slice to your liking
- 5 or 6 small pickling cucumbers (you can use 2 or 3 English cucumbers if that’s all you can get your hands on)
- half of a medium-sized Vidalia onion
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 garlic clove, finely minced
- black pepper (optional)
Creamy Ham & Cheese Casserole

Heat oven to 350°F. Combine ingredients
- 2/3 cup KRAFT Mayo with Olive Oil Cracked Pepper Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1-3/4 cups chopped cooked ham
- 2 cups croutons
- 1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Three Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped red onions
Slow-Cooker Pepper Steak

- Original recipe makes 6 servingsChange Servings
- 2 pounds beef sirloin, cut into 2 inch strips
- garlic powder to taste
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cube beef bouillon
- 1/4 cup hot water
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 large green bell peppers, roughly chopped
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can stewed tomatoes, with liquid
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon white sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
Broccoli Garlic Angel Hair Pasta

Hold a sharp knife at a 45-degree angle and cut the florets from the broccoli stems into a bowl
- 1 1/2 pounds broccoli
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup butter
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 3 cups chicken stock
- salt to taste
- 1 pound angel hair pasta
- 1/2 cup freshly shredded Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, plus a little more for garnish
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes for garnish, or to taste
Chicken & Roasted Red Potatoes

- 1/4 cup KRAFT Classic Ranch Dressing
- 6 large bone-in chicken thighs (1-3/4 lb.), skin and visible fat removed

- 1-1/2 lb. red potatoes (about 5), cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1 onion, cut into 1/2-inch chunks

- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3/4 pound portobello mushrooms, sliced
- 1 1/2 cups vegetable broth
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 8 ounces dried egg noodles
DEEP DISH PIZZA CASSEROLE

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

- 1 onion chopped
