Strawberry Pie

Crust: Blend the flour, oil, milk, salt and sugar
- Crust:
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. Mazola oil
- 2 T. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 T. sugar
- 1 pkg. strawberry gelatin
- 1 qt. fresh strawberries
- Filling:
- 1 c. flour
- 3 T. white syrup
- 3 T. corn starch
- 1 1/2 c. water
- Pinch of salt
Buffalo Chicken Dip

Heat chicken and hot sauce in a skillet over medium heat, until heated through
- 2-10 oz cans chunk chicken, drained
- 2-8 oz pkgs cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. ranch dressing
- 3/4 c. pepper sauce
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 bunch celery, cleaned and cut into 4" pieces

Honey Barbecued Spare Ribs

- 3 to 4 lbs. spareribs
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 c. Heinz toamto ketchup
- 3 T. honey
- 1 T. lemon juice

Mix cream cheese, onion and 1/2 the chipped beef together to form a ball

- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 pkg. Budding beef slices, chopped and divided
Chocolate Sauce & Angel Food Cake

Melt chocolate in double boiler
- 4 pkgs. German Chocolate
- 4 T. powdered sugar
- dash of salt
- 4 T. hot water
- 1 T. gelatin
- 2 T. cold water
- 8 egg yolks
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 8 egg whites
- 1 c. whipped cream
Cake Mix Cookies

Mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes
- 1 Chocolate or Yellow cake mix
- 1/2 c. oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. chocolate chips
- 1 T. water, if needed
Pork Chops and Peaches

Put juice from pepperocini in measuring cup and add water to make 3 cups
- 1 (5-lb) rolled bonelss roast
- 1 sm. jar pepperocini peppers
- 1 env. onion soup mix
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 2 or 3 bay leaves
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 2 tsp. basil
Asian Beef and Noodles

In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes or until no longer pink; drain
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 pkgs Oriental Ramen noodles, crumbled
- 2 1/2 c water
- 1-12 to 16 oz pkg frozen stir-fry vegetables
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 2 T thinly sliced green onion
