- 20 oz. canned, chunk turkey
- 4 oz. real bacon bits (not imitation bacon bits), bottle or packet
- 2 or 3 ripe tomatoes, trimmed and sliced
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 cups biscuit mix

Porky Pig Skillet Stew

- 2 1/2 pounds boneless, bite-size pork chunks

El Pinto's Green Chile Enchiladas

- 1/2 LBS MEAT (CHICKEN, PORK OR BEEF) CHOPPED, SHREDDED OR GROUND

Chile Verde

Brown pork in enough oil to cover bottom of pan
- 3 lbs pork shoulder
- oil for frying
- 1 1/2 pounds tomatillos (husks removed)
- 1 large onion (peeled,cut into 4 pieces)
- 6 to 8 cloves garlic (peeled)
- 6 to 8 jalapenos (remove stems)
- 1 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 10 to 16 ounces chopped green chiles (6 to 8 oz.)
- 1 jar green chile enchilada sauce
- salt to taste
Beef and Beer Chili

1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat
- 1 1/2 cups chopped red onion (about 1 medium)
- 1 cup chopped red bell pepper (about 1 small)
- 8 ounces extra-lean ground beef
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 1/2 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 (19-ounce) can red kidney beans, drained
- 1 (14.5-ounce) can no-salt-added diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 (14-ounce) can low-sodium beef broth
- 1 (12-ounce) bottle beer (such as Budweiser)
- 1 tablespoon yellow cornmeal
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
Best Texas Chili

Cook and stir half of the beef at a time in oil in a Dutch oven over medium heat until light brown
- 3 pounds beef boneless round steak, 1/2 inch cubes
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 4 cups water

- 1 cup shredded cheddar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 medium avocado, chopped
Crock Pot Chili with Pork
