Baked Potato Soup

Rub potatoes with olive oil, salt and pepper and bake at 400 degrees till tender, roughly an hour
- 6 russet potatoes

- 4 links spicy sausage chopped

- 1 1/2 cups cream
- 1/4 cup flat fresh leaf parsley

- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. garam masala
- 1 tbsp. cumin
- 1/2 tsp paprika

- 3/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 3/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1-3 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 cup heavy cream

- 1 15 oz. Can diced tomatoes
- 1 can chipolte in adobo chopped and a few spoonfuls of sauce
- 1 14 oz. Can chicken broth
- 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter
- 2 oz. Semi sweet chocolate chip
- 1/2 tsp salt and pepper

Brown meat in oil. Add onions and garlic until onions are translucent
- 8 lbs.beef
- 6 tbsp. Oil
- 10 medium onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 4 tbsp. Paprika
- 3 TBSP Caraway seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 6 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 bay leaves
- 4 cups water
- 1 cup red wine
- 4 cups beef broth
- 12 medium potatoes

- 1 can kidney beans
Curried Squash and Chicken Soup

1. Heat squash, coconut milk and water over medium high heat approximately 10 minutes 2
- 1 cup frozen pureed winter squash
- 1/2 cup light coconut milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 8 oz. Boneless chicken breast, cubed
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 3/4 tsp. Thai red curry paste
- 2 tsp. Lime juice
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
- 2 tsp Brown sugar
