Follow instructions on the box of your choice ( I used an easy mix that required only water) fill a mini muffin pan...
- 1 box of corn muffin mix,
- 1 package of hot dogs of your choice, cut into 5 pieces each.
- place hot dog in the center of the batter in each little muffin mold in the pan.
- bake for approximate 30 to 30 minutes or until corn muffin comes out knife clean. Enjoy with mustard and ketchup for dipping.
- Variations of the hot dog can be endless
