- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1 (14.5-oz) can diced tomatoes
- 1 (8-oz) can tomato sauce
- 1 Tbsp + 1 tsp Italian seasoning (divided)
- 1 tsp kosher salt (plus more for pasta water)
- 1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 8-oz Italian blend shredded cheese
- 5-oz fresh grated parmesan cheese

Red Beans and Rice Again

1. The night before you are going to make this dish, soak your beans in a large pot of water
- 1 Lb Red Kidney Beans, cleaned, and soaked overnight
- 4 Cups Beef Stock
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Large Yellow Onion, finely diced
- 1 Green Bell Pepper, trimmed, and finely diced
- 6 Ribs Celery, trimmed, and finely diced
- 6 Cloves Garlic, minced
- 6 Links of Andouille Sausage, thick sliced
- 1 Ham Hock
- 2 Bay Leaves
- 2 Dashes Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tsp Dry Thyme Leaves
- 1 Tbsp Cajun Seasoning (zatarain’s Works Well)
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
- Tabasco to Taste (i Use a Garlic Tabasco)
