1. In a large pot, bring 4 quarts of water to a boil
- 1/2 box Hodgson Mill's Whole Wheat Angel Hair Pasta
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 Tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp sweet red chili sauce
- 2 Tbsp hoison sauce
- 1 12 oz package broccoli slaw
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup toasted slivered almonds
- 1 6 oz packaged cooked, diced chicken
Sweet and Spicy Chocolate Cookies

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- 1 cup + 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup chocolate chips

- 1 envelope whipped topping mix (Dream Whip) + ingredients on the box
- 3 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup flaked coconut, toasted
