This recipe comes from a restaurant called Mammy's Cupboard in Mississippi and you won't believe how good it is!
- Cooking Spray
- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1 - 16 oz container of cottage cheese
- 1 - 8.25 oz can cream style corn
- 4 - 8.5 oz packages of corn muffin mix
- 1 - 10 oz package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed

Homemade Chicken & Dumplings

This recipe comes from The Jarrett House Restaurant in North Carolina
- 1 - 5 lb.cut up whole chicken
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon jarred chicken soup base (any grocery has it)
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (I used 3/4 teaspoon)
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 3 tablespoons shortening
- 2 cups self-rising flour
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/4 cup buttermilk

Restaurant Style Queso Blanco

This is supposedly a recipe from a well known restaurant
- 1 tablespoon of cooking oil ( veggie, olive, canola - whatever you have)
- 1/4 cup white onion, diced
- 1 large Jalapeno, seeds and stem removed, diced.
- 1 large Serrano, seeds and stem removed, diced.
- 12 ounces White American Cheese (shredded, don't use pre-shredded)
- 4 ounces Monterrey Jack Cheese (shredded, don't use pre-shredded)
- 1/4 - 2/3 cup of cream, half-and-half, or whole milk
- 1 Roma Tomato, seeds removed and diced
- 1 small bunch cilantro, roughly chopped

- 1/2 cup salted butter
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
- 6 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

- 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped broccoli
- 3 cups instant rice
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/4 cup water
- 1 (16 ounce) package Processed American Cheese, cubed
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1 bunch of celery, chopped
- 1 large onion
- salt and pepper to taste
