IHOP Stuffed French Toast

Slice bread into 1 inch thick slices
- 1 loaf of French bread
- 1 tub or Philadelphia ready to eat cheesecake filling
- 4 eggs
- a splash of milk
- fresh strawberries or canned pie filling
- whipped cream
Chocolate Chip Cookies

These stay soft and are great for ice cream sandwiches
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 1 1/4 cups brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cups softened butter
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 4 1/2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 12 oz bag semisweet chocolate chips
Golden Graham S’more Bars

Place package of chocolate chips in the freezer to chill
- 1 10 oz. bag mini marshmallows (Approx. 6 cups)
- 1 12 oz. package semi sweet chocolate chips
- 5 tbsp. butter (I used 2 1/2 tbsp. butter & 2 1/2 tbsp. smart balance to save even more calories)
- 8 cups Golden Graham cereal (one 12 oz. box)
- 1 tsp. vanilla (optional)
Cheese Ball

Mix cream cheese, 1/2 of dried beef, onions, and horseradish
- 2 packages of cream cheese, softened
- 1 small jar dried beef (put in the food processor)
- 2 chopped green onions
- 1 Tbsp horseradish
Lonestar Steakhouse Amarillo Cheese Fries

Slice potatoes into wide rectangular slices 1/4 inch thick and 3/4 inch wide, (12-15 slices per potato)
- 3 unpeeled Russet potatoes
- 4-6 cups oil for frying
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
- 3 slices cooked bacon
- 1/3 cup ranch dressing

Bring chicken broth to boil with bay leaf
- 1 24 oz package noodles
- 12 cups chicken broth
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 tsp. dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 2 cups celery
- 2 cups chopped onion
- 2 cups shredded carrots
- 2 cups heavy cream or half/half
- 8 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 lb precooked boneless skinless chicken
Parmesan Garlic Monkey Bread

Heat oven to 350ºF. Separate biscuits; cut into quarters
- 1 1 1 can (12 oz.) refrigerated biscuits
- 2 2 2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
- 2 2 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 1 1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Italian* Five Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup CLASSICO Tomato and Basil Pasta Sauce
Slow Cooker Chicken Noodle Soup

This is really good!
- 8 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup carrots cut into 1/4 inch slices
- 1 cup celery cut up
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 2 bay leaves
- 1/2 tsp thyme (this is too much in my opinion)
- 4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 3 1/2 lb rosting chicken
- 3 cups wide egg noodles, uncooked

- 4 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, diced
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 packet dry ranch dressing mix
- 8 oz rotini pasta
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- salt/pepper
- 1 jar alfredo sauce (14.5 oz)
Mississippi Mud Cake

Melt butter in microwave. Whisk in cocoa, sugar, eggs, flour salt and vanilla
- Frosting:
- 1 cup butter or margarine, or 2 sticks or 16 tablespoons, melted
- 1/2 cup cocoa (I use 100% pure cocoa)
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- Dash salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups nuts of your choice( I use pecans or walnuts)
- 4 cups miniature marshmallows (Could use marshmallow fluff)
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1/4 cup or 4 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1/3 cup cocoa
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Beat all the frosting ingredients together with mixer. Spread over cake.
