- 1 pkg. 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/3 c. mayo
- 2 tsp ketchup
- 1 tsp worchestershire sauce
- pinch of salt
- pinch of garlic salt
- 1 can tiny shrimp (drain)

- 1 dozen eggs
- chopped onion
- diced ham
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 c. milk
- 1 c. grated cheddar cheese

- 2 c. Bisquik
- 3 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
- 11 oz. cold water
- Garlic Spread:
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 t garlic powder
- 1/4 t. salt
- 1/8 t. onion powder
- 1/8 t dried potatoes
Roasted Red Peppers Stuffed w/ Spinach and Rice

1-To prepare peppers, preheat oven to 400
- 3 med red bell peppers
- 1 T evoo
- 1/4 t salt
- black pepper to taste
- one bag baby spinach
- 1 T evoo
- 1 med onion, chopped
- 1/2 C chopped red bell pepper
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 3/4 C orzo*
- 1/2 C grated parm cheese
- 1/4 C toasted pine nuts*
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1/4 t salt
- black pepper to taste

- 2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour (careful not to overmeasure)
- 1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar
- 2 and 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, frozen
- 1/2 cup (120ml) heavy cream
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 heaping cup (190g) blueberries (fresh or frozen, do not thaw)
- coarse sugar for sprinkling on top before baking
- GLAZE
- 1 cup (120g) confectioners' sugar
- 3 Tablespoons (45ml) heavy cream (or half-and-half or milk)
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 8 oz (1/2 pkg) Mueller's elbow mac
- 1/4 C butter
- 3 T flour
- 1/8 t dry mustard
- 1/8 t salt
- 1/8 t pepper
- 2 C milk
- 2 C (8oz) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 C croutons

- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 1/8 C white sugar
- 1/3 C brown sugar
- 1/2 C veg oil
- 1 t van x
- 2 C shredded carrots
- 1/2 C crushed pineapple
- 1 1/2 C flour
- 1 1/4 t baking soda
- 1/2 t salt
- 1 1/2 t ground cinnamon
- 1/2 t ground nutmeg
- 1/4 t ground ginger
- 1/2 C chopped walnuts
