Grease a 9-inch square baking pan and set aside

- 1/2 Cup sugar in the raw (or white sugar)
- 1/2 Cup fat-free or low-fat vanilla yogurt (or use plain yogurt and bump the VANILLA EXTRACT up to 1 tsp.)

- 1/4 tsp. PURE VANILLA EXTRACT
- 1 TB. baking powder
