  • 2 tablespoons tahini sesame seed paste
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • zest of one lemon
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 15 oz. can garbanzo beans
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons crushed red pepper
