Pile all the ingredients in a tall glass, mix and sip

Pressure Cooker Cream of Tomato Soup

Combine tomatoes with juice, chicken broth, and salt together in a pressure cooker
- 4 cups peeled, seeded, and cored tomatoes with juice
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
Pavlova

Preheat oven to 250 degrees F (130 degrees C) and place rack in center of oven
- Topping:
- 4 large (120 grams) egg whites
- 1 cup (200 grams) superfine (castor) sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch (corn flour)
- 1 cup (240 ml) heavy whipping cream
- Fresh fruit - passionfruit, strawberries, raspberries, or blackberries
Minced Lamb With a Cucumber Sauce (no garlic/onion)

Lightly oil a heavy based frying pan
- 225 g ground lamb
- 1 ⁄2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 ⁄2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 pita bread
- Salad leaves
- Feta
- Tomato
- 4 ounces Greek yogurt
- 1 chopped cucumber
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
Salsa (FODMAP free)

In medium bowl, mix together chili powder, parsley, salt & pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh chives, chopped
- 1 bunch green onions (scallions) -- green part only, diced
- 1/4 cup dried parsley
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
- 1/2 cup diced banana peppers
- 1 can (14.5 ounce) diced tomatoes **
- 7 ounces jar of Cento Roasted Red Peppers , diced and liquid ***
- 7 ounce can chopped green chilies
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse ground pepper
Bulgar Salad

Refreshing and easy
- 1 cup bulgar wheat
- 1 large bunch green onions
- 1 lb tomatoes
- 5-6 tablespoons lemon juice
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- pinch cumin
- 1 teaspoon dried green mint (or a few chopped fresh mint leaves)
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 bunch parsley
Low Fodmap: Spinach, Potato and Ham Soup

Put stock and water in a large pot, add spinach, let wilt for 2-3 minutes
- 6-7 cups diced russet potato
- 5-6 cups baby spinach
- 3 cups Water
- 2 cups Homemade low-fodmap Chicken stock/broth
- 2 cups diced Ham
- salt & pepper
Pasta With Goat Cheese and Basil Oil

Cook the pasta according to the package directions; drain and return it to the pot
- 12 ounces gemelli or other short pasta
- 3 cups fresh basil leaves
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 4 ounces crumbled fresh goat cheese
- kosher salt and black pepper
Easy mediterranean pasta salad

Cook pasta and cool. Toss and serve
- 1 cup of cooked chilled pasta
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 5 leaves of chopped fresh basil
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced cucumber
- 1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 oz feta crumbles
- 6 thinly sliced kalamata olives
Grilled Peach Salad with Mint and Basil Pesto

Slice the peaches into 6 segments per peach
- Mint and Basil Pesto:
- 2 firm, yet ripe peaches
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- 2 cups baby arugula
- fresh mozzarella, sliced
- a few dollops of pesto
- sprinkle of toasted pine nuts
- salt & pepper
- 1 packed cup of a mix of mint & basil
- 1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted (you could also use walnuts instead)
- 1/2 garlic clove, roughly chopped
- juice and zest from 1/2 a lemon
- 1/4 cup olive oil (or more)
- a few pinches of red pepper flakes
- salt & pepper
