Mix the cake according to the directions on the box, pour into a greased and floured 12x15 pan

- 8 eggs
- 3 tsp vanilla
- 3/4 c sugar

- 1 medium bunch kale, leaves cut into 2-inch pieces

- 1 onion, chopped

- 2 clove(s) (large) garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon(s) all-purpose flour
- 1 cup(s) 1-percent milk
- 0.50 teaspoon(s) crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 can(s) (14 1/2-ounce) diced tomatoes, drained

- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and cooled, plus more for greasing the pan
- 1 3/4 cups (12 1/4 ounces) granulated sugar, divided

- 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 1 3/4 cups (8 3/4 ounces) all-purpose flour

Puerto Rican Pemil Roast Pork

Mix garlic, adobo, sazon, olive oil and oregano
- 5-6 lb Pork shoulder
- 6 cloves garlic
- 1/2 tea dried oregano
- 2 packets Sazon Goya
- 1 TBs Goya Adobo
- 1 TBs Olive oil
PAVLOVA WITH BLUEBERRY JAM

With an electric mixer set to medium whisk together the egg whites, cream of tartar and salt for 3 minutes
- 6 6 to egg whites (use the yolks to make ice cream!)

Pork Chops & Potatoes

In a 5-qt. slow cooker, combine the first seven ingredients
- 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup country style Dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 6 medium red potatoes, sliced
- 1 medium onion, halved and thinly sliced
- 6 boneless pork loin chops (5 ounces each)

- 1/2 lb butter melted for crust (4lbs)
- 3 large bricks cream cheese. 48oz each (15 bricks)
- 4 1/2 cups brown sugar (two 5lbs bags)
- 3/4 cup flour
- 18 eggs (8 doz.)
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 tbsp. almond extract (two 59ml bottles)
