  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1/2 cup boiling water
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour, plus 1/2 cup or more as needed
  • Nonstick cooking spray
  • 60 slices pepperoni
  • 2 cups frozen broccoli florets, thawed, drained and chopped (I press the broccoli between paper towels to remove as much water as possible)
  • Garlic salt, for sprinkling
  • 2 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded

  • Pickled banana peppers, for serving
