For the Cake: Preheat oven to 375°F (350° if your pans are dark)

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 2 teaspoons baking powder

- FOR THE FROSTING:
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1 1/2 cups (3 sticks) butter
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar (NOT powdered sugar)
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/3 cup Nutella or hazelnut spread
- 1/3 cup chopped hazelnuts
