- 1 sleeve (9 whole crackers) graham crackers
- 1 tablespoon sugar

- 1 1/2 cups shredded sweetened coconut

- 1 (8-ounce) block cream cheese
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice (you'll need 3-4 limes on average), or key lime juice
- 1 teaspoon lime zest, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons Greek yogurt (any fat content), or sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

Brown Butter Caramel Apple Pull-Apart Bread with Cream Cheese Icing

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 2 mini 8-ounce ciabatta loafs (or 1 1-pound ciabatta loaf)
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 3 cups finely diced apples
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar

- 2 Cups Heavy Cream(make sure it's not UHT pasturized or ultra-pasturized)

Avocado Strawberry Spinach Salad with Poppy Seed Dressing

To Make The Salad: Toss all ingredients together with your desired amount of dressing until combined
- SALAD:
- 6 cups fresh baby spinach
- 1 pint strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 avocado, diced (or you can double this to 2 avocados!)
- 4 ounces crumbled gorgonzola or blue cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted
- half a small red onion, thinly sliced
- poppyseed dressing (recipe below)
- POPPYSEEED DRESSING:
- 1/2 cup avocado oil (or any oil, such as olive oil)
- 3 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. poppy seeds
- pinch of ground dry mustard (optional)
- salt and pepper

Pour the coconut milk into a small saucepan over high heat
- 1 can light coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons red curry paste
- 1 1/2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/3 cup crushed peanuts
- up to 1/2 cup water or broth
- extra crushed peanuts and scallions for topping

Pie Crust Dough: Place the flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder in the bowl of a food processor
- Perfect Pie Crust Dough:
- 1 recipe of Perfect Pie Crust Dough (recipe below)
- 4 oz. Cream Cheese
- 1 T. Sugar
- 1 T. Sour Cream
- 1 Egg, beaten(divided)
- 1 C. Pumpkin Pie Filling
- 1 T. Evaporated Milk
- Oil, for frying
- Cinnamon Sugar, for coating
- White Chocolate, melted(if desired)
- 1 1/2 C. Flour
- 1 t. Sugar
- 1/2 t. Salt
- 1/8 t. Baking Powder
- 5 1/2 T. Shortening, chilled
- 4 1/2 T. Butter or butter spread, chilled(I actually prefer the butter spread because it makes the crust even flakier)
- 1 Egg Yolk
- 2 t. White Vinegar
- 1/2 C. Cold Water
- 2-3 Ice Cubes
- for Egg Wash:
- 1 egg
- 2 T. Milk
Roast Chicken with Sausage and Peppers

- 3/4 pound hot Italian sausages, halved crosswise
- 3 Italian frying peppers or Cubanelles, halved lengthwise and seeded
- 2 large red bell peppers, cut into large strips
