  • 1 1/2 pounds Italian sausage, sliced
  • 1 7-ounce can roasted red peppers, drained (may sub sundried tomatoes)
  • 3 ounces butter
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 2 1/2 cups milk (I used fat free half and half)
  • 1 teaspoon each salt and pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 1/4 cups grated parmesan cheese, divided

  • 1 1/2 cup AP flour
  • 1 1/2 cup cake flour
  • 1 Tbsp baking powder

  • 1 [14 oz] can sweetened condensed milk

  • 1 [16 oz] frozen whipped topping, thawed & divided
  • 3 bananas
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed vanilla wafer crumbs for garnishing
