Take a rice paper wrapper and completely submerge it in a bowl of hot tap water for 10-15 seconds
- Miso Sesame Dressing:
- 12 Round Rice Paper Wrappers
- 6 Smoked Salmon Slices
- 1 Avocado, Thinly Sliced
- 2-3 Cups Raw Sprouts Or Cooked Vermicelli
- 1 English Cucumber, Seeded and Cut Into Strips
- Miso Sesame Dressing Or Fish Sauce Vinaigrette, To Dip
- 1 TABLESPOON toasted sesame seeds
- 1 TABLESPOON white miso
- 1 TABLESPOON rice vinegar
- 1 TABLESPOON kewpie mayo
- PINCH of sugar
Peanut Butter & Chocolate Lover's Reese's Cream Pie

To Make the Oreo Crust: Line the bottom and sides of a 8, 9, or 10-inch spring-form pan with parchment paper
- For the Oreo Crust:
- 30 peanut butter Oreos, filling and all, pulverized to fine crumbs in a food processor (or put into a zipper top bag, wrapped with a towel, and pounded to fine crumbs with a hammer or rolling pin.
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- For the Peanut Butter Filling:
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/3 cups creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy (whipping) cream
- For the Chocolate Ganache Layer:
- 1 cup heavy (whipping) cream
- 1 cup chopped dark or bittersweet chocolate
- For the Whipped Cream Layer:
- 2 cups heavy (whipping) cream
- 1/4 cup confectioner's sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- For Garnish:
- 1 (8 ounce) bag Reese's Minis
- 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
Stir Fried Singapore Noodles with Garlic Ginger Sauce

Soak the rice noodles in a large bowl of cold water
- FOR STIR FRY:
- 4 ounces thin rice noodles
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 bell peppers, thinly sliced
- 2 shallots, thinly sliced
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 cup sliced shiitake mushrooms
- 1 cup frozen peas
- sliced scallions for topping
- FOR SAUCE:
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons mirin
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger (I used a ginger paste)
- 1/2 teaspoon sambal oelek (adds spiciness – more to taste)
