Thousand Island Dressing (WW)

Combine in a blender and pulse until smooth
- 1/4 C Fat Free Mayonnaise
- 3 T water
- 3 T Ketchup
- 2 T Lemon Juice
- 2 T Minced Onion
- 1 T Sweet Pickle Relish
- 1/2 tsp Dried Parsley
- Pinch of Cayenne
Quiche, Bacon Swiss (WW)

Preaheat oven to 350 degrees
- 2 Pieces Phyllo Dough (cut in 3 slices each)
- 3 Large Eggs
- 1/4 C Regular Egg Substitute
- 1 C Fat Free Evaporated Milk
- 2 Tbs Flour
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Ground Nutmeg
- 1/2 C Low Fat Swiss Cheese, Grated
- 4 oz. Crisp Turkey Bacon, Diced
White Chocolate Confection

Melt chocolate in double broiler
- Cups each:
- 1 1/3 (scant 4 cups) White Chocolate
- Rice Chex
- Corn Chex
- Frosted Cheerios
- 2 Cups each
- Pretzel sticks
- Dry Roasted Peanuts
- 2 bags--11 oz. Mint M & M’s (today they are down to 9.9 oz!!... is about 3 cups)
Frosting, Chocolate Fudge (Cake Boss)

- 2 1/2 C Unsalted Butter, room temp
- 5 C Powdered Sugar
- 2/3 C Cocoa
- 1 Tbs Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 tsp fine sea salt
- 3 Tbs lukewarm water

Preheat oven to 325 degrees Melt butter in 9 by 13 pan
- 1 stick of butter
- Chicken parts
- flour
- 1 can “Pet” milk
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- grated cheese

- 1 large jar apple juice
- 1 pkg picking spice (may be omitted)
- 1 pkg whole cloves
- 1 pkg stick cinnamon
Enchilada Casserole, Crock Pot

Blend tomatoes with onion and garlic in blender
- 1 (14 1/2 oz) can of tomatoes
- 1 small onion, chopped fine
- 1 clove garlic, minced fine
- 1/2 tsp ground red pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 (6 oz) can tomato paste
- 1 lb ground beef, browned
- 1 package taco seasoning mi
- 2 C shredded cheddar cheese
- 9 corn tortillas
Peanut Candy

Melt almond bark in microwave
- 6 cubes white almond bark
- 1 pkg (12 oz) peanut butter chips
- 1 can Spanish peanuts
- 1 tsp vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Spray 8 X 8 inch pan with Olive Oil Pam
- 1/2 lb meat
- 1/2 C mushrooms
- 1/2 C bell pepper, chopped
- 15 oz can tomato sauce
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1 can Pillsbury Buttermilk Biscuits (7 1/2 Oz)
- 1/3 C low fat cheddar cheese
- 1/3 C low fat mozzarella cheese
