Blackend Shrimp Tacos

COMBINE onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne and oregano in a large mixing bowl
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cayenne
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 pounds medium shrimp, peeled and deveined (see Note)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 16 taco size tortillas (corn or flour)
- Pico de gallo (recipe follows)
- Pineapple BBQ Sauce (recipe follows)
- lime wedges for garnish
Banana Sour Cream Pancakes

In a medium bowl, sift together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt
- 1 1/2 CUPS FLOUR
- 3 TABLESPOONS SUGAR
- 2 TEASPOONS BAKING POWDER
- 1 1/2 TEASPOONS KOSHER SALT
- 1/2 CUP SOUR CREAM
- 3/4 CUP PLUS 1 TABLESPOON MILK
- 2 EXTRA-LARGE EGGS
- 1 TEASPOON PURE VANILLA EXTRACT
- 1 TEASPOON GRATED LEMON ZEST
- UNSALTED BUTTER
- 2 RIPE BANANAS, DICED, PLUS EXTRA FOR SERVING
- PURE MAPLE SYRUP
Spinach Gratin with Cheese

Stem and wash your spinach (see Tips below) well but no need to spin or pat it dry
- 3 pounds fresh spinach
- 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- Salt and pepper
- 1 1/2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup stock (your choice; Julia recommends beef) or cream (I used stock; it doesn’t *need* cream)
- 3/4 cup grated Swiss cheese
- 2 tablespoons fine, dry breadcrumbs
