  • 1.2 tsp salt

  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • Topping:
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1.5 tsp cinnamon

Preheat oven to 325 F, grease and flour 2- 9x5 loaf pans, or 1 loaf and 6 jumbo muffins with liners

  • 2/3 cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/2 lb. butter (2 sticks) at room temperature
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 2 1/4 cups mashed ripe banana (about 6 medium bananas)
  • 4 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Brown sugar crystals for sprinkling on top

So this is not a fat free, low calorie, weight loss recipe

  • 4 tblsp butter
  • 4 tblsp flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 – 2 bay leaves (one large or a couple small)
  • 1/2 tblsp paprika
  • 1/2 tblsp dehydrated onion (*optional)
  • 3.5 cups aged cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 cups dry macaroni pasta
  • alternatively you could sauté up some fresh onion and add that – or don’t add any at all.
