French Onion Soup

In large skillet, melt butter; cook onions over medium-high heat until tender
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 med. onions, thinly sliced and separated into rings
- 1 pkg (1 ounce) LAWRY's Au Jus Gravy Mix
- 3 c water
- 4 thin slices sourdough French bread
- 4 slices Swiss or Gruyere cheese
Potato & Cheddar Soup

Bring water to a boil in large saucepan
- 2 c water
- 2 c red potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes
- 3 tbsp butter or margarine
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- Red and black pepper to taste
- 3 c milk
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 c shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 c cubed cooked ham
Sparkling Ginger Lemonade Recipe

In a small saucepan, bring the water, honey and ginger to a boil
- 2 c water
- 1 c honey
- 2 T minced fresh gingerroot
- 2 c club soda, chilled
- 1 c lemon juice
Spiced Pineapple Cooler

In a small saucepan, bring the water, sugar, cinnamon and cloves to a boil
- 1 1/2 c water
- 2/3 c sugar
- 4 cinnamon sticks
- 12 whole cloves
- 1 can (46 oz) unsweetened pineapple juice
- 1 1/2 c orange juice
- 1/2 c lemon juice
- 1 can (12 oz) ginger ale, chilled
- Ice cubes
- Additional cinnamon sticks, optional
Peanut Butter Cup Bars

1. Line a 13x9x2-inch baking pan with foil
- 3/4 c butter
- 1 c creamy peanut butter
- 2 c graham cracker crumbs
- 2 c sifted powdered sugar
- 1 c milk chocolate pieces
Crunchy Ranch Fingers

1. Coat a 15x10x1-inch baking pan with cooking spray; set aside
- Nonstick cooking spray
- 1 c cornflake crumbs
- 1 T snipped fresh parsley
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/8 t pepper
- 1/3 c buttermilk ranch dressing
- 1 T water
- 3/4 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut into bite-sized strips
- Buttermilk ranch salad dressing
Brown Sugar Cookies

Mix all ingredients. Roll into balls and bake at 375* for around 10 minutes
- 2 C. brown sugar
- 1/2 C. sugar
- 1 C. Crisco (I use butter flavor)
- 1 C. butter
- 2 eggs
- 4 tsp. vanilla
- 4 scant tsp. cream of tarter
- 4 tsp. baking soda
- 4 C. flour
Maple Oatmeal Bread

1. In a large bowl, sprinkle yeast over warm water; let stand 5 minutes
- 1 pkg active dry yeast
- 1 1/4 c warm water
- 1/3 c maple syrup
- 1 T cooking oil
- 1 t salt
- 1 c quick-cooking rolled oats
- 2 3/4 to 3 1/4 c bread flour
- Maple Butter (optional)
Best Frosting I’ve Ever Had

Bake your favorite chocolate cake and let it cool
- 1 c Milk
- 5 T Flour
- 1 t Vanilla
- 1 c Butter
- 1 c Granulated Sugar (not Powdered Sugar!)

- 2 T maple syrup
- 1/2 c butter, softened
