Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 c dark brown sugar
- 12 tbsp butter, melted
- 3/4 c molasses
- 3 c all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 c buttermilk
Eggless Chocolate Cake

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate
- 1 c milk
- 1 3/4 c cake flour
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1 c sugar
- 1/3 c shortening (or butter)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Cocoa Mile-A-Minute Frosting

Heat shortening with milk until melted
- 1 tbsp butter or shortening
- 3 tbsp milk
- 1 1/2 c sifted confectioners' sugar
- 4 tbsp cocoa
- Dash salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Chicken Wings in Honey Sauce

Rinse chicken and pat dry
- 3 lbs chicken wings (16 wings)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 c honey
- 1 c soy sauce
- 1/2 c ketchup
- 1/3 c oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Sesame seeds (optional)

- 4 - 4 1/2 c flour
- 1 pkg active dry yeast
- 1 1/2 c milk
- 1/4 c sugar
- 2 T cooking oil
- 1 t salt
- 1 egg white, slightly beaten
- 1 T water
- Coarse salt, sesame seeds or poppy seeds
Effortless Egg Rolls Recipe

In a large skillet, cook sausage and vegetables over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain
- 1/2 lb bulk pork sausage
- 2-1/2 c frozen stir-fry vegetable blend, thawed and chopped
- 1 T teriyaki sauce
- 10 egg roll wrappers
- Oil for deep-fat frying
Barbecued Beef

Place chuck roast in a crockpot
- 3 lb boneless chuck roast
- 1 1/2 c ketchup
- 1/4 c packed brown sugar
- 1/4 c red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp liquid smoke flavoring
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Jambalaya

Thoroughly mix all ingredients except shrimp in crockpot
- 2 c diced boiled ham
- 2 med. onions, coarsely chopped
- 2 stalks celery, sliced
- 1/2 green bell peppers, seeded and diced
- 1 can (29 ounces) whole tomatoes
- 1/4 c tomato paste
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp minced parsley
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme leaves
- 2 whole cloves
- 2 tbsp salad oil
- 1 c uncooked long-grained converted rice
- 1 lb fresh or frozen shrimp, shelled and deveined
Old-Fashioned Onion Soup

Place sliced onions in crockpot; pour in butter and mix to coat onions thoroughly
- 3 lb large onions, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1/2 c butter, melted
- 6 to 8 slices French bread, cubed
- 4 to 5 c chicken broth
