- 1/2 cup Ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup milk
- Toppings:
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup real bacon bits
- 1/4 cup green onions

- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/2 onion
- 1 tsp olive oil

- 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh basil
- 3 medium zucchini, sliced 1/8 in thick
- 15 oz part-skim ricotta
- 16 oz part skim shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup Parmigano Reggiano
- 1 large egg
Buttermilk Blueberry Breakfast Cake

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temp
- 2 tsp lemon zest or more
- 7/8 cup + 1 tbls sugar
- 1 egg, room temp
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups flour (set aside 1/4 cup of this to toss with blueberries)
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup buttermilk

- 1/3 cup all purpose flour, sifted twice

- 5 to 6 small cans(Corn, green beans, etc) with tops and bottoms cut off, washed, labels off.

Ranch Greek Yogurt Dip

To make garlic paste: chop garlic then add a generous pinch of coarse salt
- 1-2 cucumbers, cut into 1/2-inch wedges
- 1 clove garlic, mashed into paste
- 1/2 bunch chives, thinly sliced
- 1/4 bunch flat-leaf Italian parsley, chopped
- 1 6-ounce container of strained Greek yogurt
- Lemon juice to taste
- Salt to taste
