- 1 1/2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
- 1/3 cup cornstarch

- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup reduced-fat sour cream
- 1 packet cheese powder (from box of white Cheddar macaroni and cheese dinner)
- 1 package (1 oz) ranch dressing and seasoning mix (milk recipe)
