In bottom of crock pot combine beans, fajita seasoning, tomatoes, and corn
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 pkt taco bell fajita seasoning
- 1 can fire roasted diced tomatoes
- 1 pkg frozen corn
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2-3 frozen chicken breasts
- 1 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese
Baked BBQ Chicken Legs

Lay chicken flat on large roasting pan
- 1 pkg thawed chicken legs
- 1 bottle BBQ sauce
- 2 T olive oil
