- 2 lb. ziti or rigatoni pasta
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- 4 medium stalks celery, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed with press
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 medium eggplant (about 1 1/2 lb.), cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 can (28 oz.) crushed tomatoes
- 1 can (14 1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. plain dried bread crumbs
- 1 c. loosely packed fresh parsley leaves, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese

- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1-1/4 cups all-purpose flour

- 1 1/2 sticks butter or margarine, softened
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 12 ounces Cool Whip
- 2 cups hot water
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 small boxes strawberry Jello
- 2 boxes (10 ounces) frozen strawberries
