A delicious macaroni and cheese casserole that contains NO dairy, no soy, no egg, no nuts, no legumes!!! YUM! ***
- 1/4 box of elbow macaroni (I used whole wheat)
- 1/4 c safe oil (I used canola)
- a little less then 1/4 cup flour (I used whole wheat)
- 1/8 c nutritional yeast flakes
- maybe 1/2c-1c rice milk (or allergy free safe milk)
- sprinkle onion powder
- sprinkle dry mustard
- sprinkle pepper
- sprinkle salt
- 2 small bags of oyster crackers (or soft allergy free crackers)
- 2 T oil

- 1 boneless pork shoulder
- 1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle root beer
- 1 (18 ounce) bottle your favorite allergy free BBQ sauce
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cup brown rice (not cooked)
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups fresh or frozen broccoli

- 6 cups gluten free rolled oats
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 cup cooking oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup apple juice
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 3 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cup gluten free rice krispies or puffed brown rice
- 1 scoop of protein powder (we use Growling Naturals)
- 1 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup allergy free chocolate chips (we use Enjoy Life)
Chicken Tortilla Soup - Allergy Free

Chicken Tortilla soup made with no dairy, no soy, no egg, no nuts and no gluten
- STOCK FROM SCRATCH
- Large Roasting Chicken (i use 8lbs)
- 8 cups of water (this is a guess...i just put enough to cover the bird)
- 3 carrots, chopped
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 onion, quartered
- 1 bay leaf
- salt and pepper to taste
- QUICK AND EASY STOCK
- 6 cups of chicken broth
- 3 chicken breasts, cut in half
- CHICKEN TORTILLA SOUP
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 can of corn, drained
- 1 Tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/4 fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 (28 oz) can diced tomatoes
- 6 cups chicken stock (use either above ingredients, from scratch or quick and easy)
- cooked chicken, chopped or shredded
- OPTIONAL
- avacado, chopped
- crushed tortilla chips
