Crispy Oven-Fried Chicken

Bake at 425 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until drumsticks are well browned and done
- 3 3 3 cups cornflake cereal, crushed
- 1/3 1/3 1/3 cup grated Paremesan cheese
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 to 1/2 1/4 to 1/2 1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 3/4 3/4 3/4 cup fat-free buttermilk
- 8 8 2 chicken drumsticks (about 2 pounds) skinned
- Vegetable cooking spray
- 5 to 5 ingredients in a large zip-top plastic freezer bag; seal and shake well to combine

1) Heat oven to 350 F. Line a 9x9-inch pan with foil, extending foil over edges

- 2 Cups cashews divided
- 1 Cup butterscotch chips
Crockpot Roast

Season meat with garlic powder, and black pepper, put soup mix over meat, then add water
- 1-tsp garlic powder
- 1/2-tsp black pepper
- 1-2 Cups of water
- 1 packet of liptons dry onion soup mix

- 1 Can (16oz) Taco Bell Home Originals Refried Beans
- 1 Tbsp. Taco Bell Home Originals Taco Seasoning Mix
- 1 Cup Breakstone or Knudsen Sour Cream
- 1 Cup Taco Bell Home Originals Thick N Chunky Salsa
- 1 Cup Shredded lettuce
- 1 Cup Kraft Mexican Style Shredded Cheese

Mini Cinnamon Rolls with Maple Icing

Preheat oven according to crescent roll dough package directions
- 1-8oz tube crescent roll dough
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- Cinnamon
- brown sugar
- For the maple icing
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 1 Tablespoon Skim milk
- 3/4 cup powder sugar
Applebees Smothered Chicken

Spray bottom of pan put chicken in pan with chunks of butter on top of chicken
- Chicken Breast
- Mushrooms
- Green Peppers
- Onions
- Monterey Jack and cheddar cheese
- Hickory smoke

Tomato Soup

Cook on stove top until desired consistency reached
- Tomato sauce ( or Tomato paste if you want it more of a bisque).
- Add milk till you get a consistency you want.
- You can also add a can of diced tomatoes to make it have more texture.
- Add basil to taste
Sour Cream and Bacon Crockpot Chicken

1) Place the bacon in a large skillet and cook over medium-low heat until some of the fat is rendered
- 8 bacon slices
- 8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 (10 oz) cans of roasted garlic cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup flour (all purpose or gluten free blend)
- salt and pepper to taste
Cheesy Deep-Fried Broccoli

1) Heat 2 or 3 inches shortening to 365F in deep fryer or deep saicepan
- Crisco All-Vegetable Shortening for deep frying
- 3/4 Cup Pillsbury Best All Purpose Flour divided
- 4 Tbsps. finall shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 3 Cups broccoli florets, cleaned and dried
- 1 Cup buttermilk
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
