1. Melt butter in 1 qt microwaveable dish 2
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 Tbs lemon juice
- 2 rgg yolks, beaten
- 2 Tbs evaporated milk
- 1/4 tsp dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Tabasco
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
Egg Foo Yung with Mushroom Sauce

Thinly slice green onion, and reserve 1 tablespoon of the top for garnish
- 1 large green onion
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 3/4 cup bean sprouts
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce, divided
- 2 tablespoons peanut oil, divided
- 2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
- 4 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 cup chicken or beef broth
Cracker Barrel Homemade Chicken & Dumplings

- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup milk
- 2 quarts chicken broth
- 3 cups cooked chicken
Cheese Ball

- 1 package sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 roll garlic cheese
- 1/4 lb blue cheese
- food process 2 cloves of garlic with 1 small onion
- 1 tsp papricka
- 1/2 tsp salt
- dash of cayenne pepper (to taste)
Tomato-Basil Soup

Melt butter in saucepan over med high heat
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 c. flour
- 3 cups chicken broth (warmed)
- 1 can (28 oz.) crushed tomatoes
- 1 t. sugar
- 1 t. basil
- 1/2 c. whipping cream (or half & half)
- salt & pepper to taste
Paula Lacy's Spaghetti Sauce

Brown ground meat and combine with all ingredients
- 1 lb ground meat
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 16 oz can petite diced tomatoes
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 32 oz jar of Ragu Spaghetti Sauce (Prego, or your fav)
Mornay Sauce

1. Beat egg yolks and whipping cream with a wire whisk
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 Tbs Shipping cream
- 1 cup thin white sauce (see "White Sauce"
- 1 Tbs minced onion
- 2 Tbs shredded Swiss cheese
- Salt to taste
- Dash of white pepper
Moussaka (Slow Cooker Recipe)

Brown ground beef over medium-high heat; drain and set aside
- 1 large eggplant, peeled
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 14 1/2 oz can diced tomatoes
- 1 onion, sliced
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 (8 oz)can tomato sauce
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 4 oz garlic and herb feta cheese
Eggplant Delight

- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup pecans
- 2 graham cracker crusts
