- 4 (4-5oz) tilapia fillets (thawed if frozen)
- Juice and zest of 1 lime
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 1/2 Tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 c flour (I tried both white flour and whole wheat pastry flour with good results)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1-2 Tbsp olive oil

- 2 lbs ground beef chicken or turkey
- 1 medium yellow onion diced
- 1 ounce can of crushed tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 4 Tbs chili powder
- 1 Tbs cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 can (16 oz) kidney beans drained (read the label, make sure they are free of wheat and gluten)
- water to desired thickness
