This is a very quick and easy snack. Be careful, they are very spicy!! You can hold back on the cayenne if they are too spicy for you. I’ve substituted almonds for the pecans a few times and those are quite tasty as well.more

tablespoon cayenne pepper
tablespoon dry mustard
cup apple cider vinegar
Toast the pecans in 350 degree oven for 5 minutes. Place in a bowl and toss with the spices and the vinegar until well coated. Place on a cookie sheet and place in the oven to toast for another 5 minutes. Watch the pecans as they can burn quickly. Cool, label and store.
