- 1/4 cup plus 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp minced water chestnuts
- 1/2 tsp minced fresh garlic
- 1/4 tsp minced garlic
- 1 rounded tsp chopped green onion
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 5 tsp corn starch
- 2 tsp arrowroot
- 3 tbsp water
- Chicken:
- 4 chicken breast fillets
- 1 cup ice water
- 1 egg
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups unsifted cake flour
- 2-4 cups vegetable oil

- 1 oz Vodka
- 2 oz cream or milk

- 1 package Mashed Potatoes (frozen)
- 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup Sweet Onion, diced
- 1 package Ground Turkey
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt
- 1 can Whole Kernel Corn
California Avocado Caprese Salad

Place avocado slices in a shallow bowl and dress with lemon juice, making sure all slices are coated
- 1 ripe fresh avocado, halved, seeded, peeled and cut into thin wedges
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 2 ripe tomatoes, cut into 1/4 inch slices
- 8 medium fresh basil leaves
- 1 8-oz ball fresh mozzarella cheese, cut into 1/4 inch slices
- 1/4 cup lemon-scented olive oil
- 3 tbsp capers, drained

- 2-3 heads Bibb lettuce, rinsed and dried
- 4 oz (1 cup) crumbled Gorgonzola or bleu cheese

- 1 1/2 lb sea scallops
- 1/4 cup olive oil

- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- cooked jasmine or white rice
- Chili-Lime Cream Sauce
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/4 cup white wine (not cooking wine)
- 1 tbsp minced peeled fresh ginger
- 1 large shallot, chopped
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce or garlic chili sauce
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter
- salt
- pepper

- 3 eggs, separated
- 3/4 granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 3/4 cup strong cold coffee
- 3/4 cup Kahlua
- Kahlua Frosting (see directions)
