Mini Hamburger Slider Cupcakes

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees Spray mini muffin tins Prepare yellow cake mix according to pkg direction
- 1 yellow cake mix (plus ingred to prepare according to pkg directions)
- 1 brownie mix (plus ingred to prepare according to pkg directions)
- 1 can of yellow, green & red squeeze icings
- sesame seeds
- toothpicks
- Pam spray
Parmesan Philo Straws

Cut 1 philo sheet in half & brush with melted butter
- 1 pkg philo dough (thawed)
- 1 pkg cream cheese (softened)
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 teasp salt
- 1 lg egg (slightly beaten)

- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 (16 ounce) package sliced mushrooms
- salt to taste
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour, or as needed
- 1 quart beef stock
- 1 pinch ground black pepper to taste
- fresh thyme leaves, to taste (optional)
